Arab Finance: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization (ELSH) recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 111.779 million in the first nine months of 2025, up by 32.58% from EGP 84.310 million in the same period last year, according to the unaudited financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on November 12th.
Revenue soared to EGP 140.303 million in the January-September period from EGP 78.647 million in the same period a year earlier.
Al Shams Housing is primarily focused on the purchase and lease operations of lands for the purpose of developing, managing, selling, and leasing out property and buildings, as well as offering contracting, construction, maintenance, and management services to residential, touristic, and administrative structures.
