ArabFinance: Al Fanar Contracting Construction Trade Import And Export Co (FNAR) announced in a statement sent to Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), calling for the Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) to hold a meeting on March 31, 2018. 

The OGM will review the financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2017, in addition, canceling profit distribution for FY 2017.
