ArabFinance: Egyptian Stock Exchange's (EGX) administration announced on June 20 that EFG Hermes (HRHO) submitted disclosure report to conduct procedures of issued capital increase to LE3,843,091,115 from LE3,074,472,890.

The capital hike will be distributed over 153,723,645 shares at par value of LE5 per share. 

EGX added the documents will be reviewed to be presented to the listing committee.
