ArabFinance: Reacap Financial Investments (REAC) said Muhammad Elateaby purchased 1,850,000 shares from its shares. 

Elateaby stake after deal execution has become 5.038% of the company’s capital from 3.296%.

It is worth to mention the deal amount is LE11,822,479 at an average price of LE6.39 per share.
