ArabFinance: EFG Hermes (HRHO) decided to increase issued capital to LE3,843,091,115 from LE3,074,472,890. It will transfer LE768,618,225 from legal reserves to be distributed over 153,723,645 shares at par value of LE5 per share.

The Company will distribute one free stock for every existing 4 held before capital increase, to shareholders as of record on 11/07/2018 and will be distributed on 12/07/2018.
