ArabFinance: Arabia Investments, Development (AIND) said the Economic Court has dismissed Cairo For Development & Cars Manufacturing's (CDCM) case against Peugeot Automobiles France Company, due to lack of jurisdiction. 

The Court has referred the case to the South Cairo Elementary Court for the competence. 

In mid-May, Cairo For Development has filed an appeal against Peugeot to ask for a compensation worth €150 million, after incurring losses and damages due to the arbitrary termination of the agency contract granted to Arabia Investments.
