Dallah Albaraka reduces stake in Arab Moltaka

ArabFinance: Dallah Albaraka Holding Company cut its stake in Arab Moltaka Investments Company (AMIC) from 48.31% to 44.94%, according to the company's November 18th statement.

Dallah sold 1,008,906 shares at EGP 20.67 per each, with a total amount of EGP 20,855,340.

AMIC earlier sold more than other 14.32 million shares in Arab Engineering Industries at a value of EGP 1.07 per each.

The listed company invests in a diversified range of economic sectors covering a broad spectrum including industrial and agricultural investments, land reclamation and cultivation, livestock development, fisheries, real estate investments, and tourism.
