ArabFinance: EMAK Real Estate Development sold its entire 326,332 owned shares in Arab Aluminum at a total value of EGP 8.31 million, according to a January 11th disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
By this transaction, EMAK has exited its 5.7% stake in the listed firm.
In a separate disclosure, public trading firm Ysma purchased 303,986 shares in Arab Aluminum at a total value of EGP 7.74 million.
The trading company now owns 5.529% stake in the listed firm, instead of the 0.15% prior to the deal.
Another filing indicated that public trading company Al Bida entered the ownership structure of Arab Aluminum after buying 22,346 shares at a total value of EGP 569,152. The new company now owns 0.395% equity in the listed entity.
Prime acted as the brokerage firm for the three transactions, which were carried out at a value of EGP 25.47 per share.
