ArabFinance: Vertika for Industry and Trade’s ordinary general assembly approved distributing 0.30 free share for everyone held, according to the company’s statement on April 1st. 

The company will distribute dividends which represent 30% of  2020’s profit. 

The company posted a net profit of EGP 561,520 in 2020, compared to EGP 864,095 achieved in 2019.

Founded in 2005 and listed on EGX in 2013, Vertika offers information technology and business consulting services, while developing and distributing software and applications.

The company also provides telecommunication infrastructure development and internet education services.
