Medical Packaging to secure loan of EGP 40M

ArabFinance: Medical Packaging Company (MEPA) is in talks with the National Bank of Egypt to obtain an EGP 40-million loan for the implementation of expansion and investment plans, according to the company's statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

The company will purchase equipment and machines for production lines in order to increase productivity.

Medical Packaging posted a net profit of EGP 4,406,392 in 2020, compared to EGP 5,549,826 achieved a year earlier.

Medical Packaging is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the manufacturing of medical and pharmaceutical packaging products. The company focuses on the operations and establishment of a factory for the production of glass containers for the purpose of medical, pharmacy, laboratories, cosmetics, and perfumes.
