ArabFinance: Rowad Modern engineering (RMG), a 51%-owned subsidiary by Elsewedy Electric (SWDY) has signed a new contract with Emaar at a value of EGP 996 million, according to a press release.

Under the contract, the two parties will implement the construction of MIVIDA office park project.

The contract is set to be carried out within a 26-month period starting the commencement date of the project.

It is worth noting that RMG has been awarded a new project valued at EGP 602 million with NEWGIZA for the construction of New Giza Hospital project.
