ArabFinance: SEDCO for Petroleum Services, a 97%-owned subsidiary of Elsewedy Electric (SWDY), has signed a contract worth EGP 400 million ($25.316 million) with Suez Oil Processing Co, an affiliated company to the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), according to a press release.
Under the signed contract, SEDO will be mainly responsible for supplying cables, cable glands, cable trays, and accessories including conduits and earthing materials.
The project will be carried out in an 8-month period starting from the contract’s signing date of December 29th, 2021.
