ArabFinance: Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Assem El-Gazzar, inaugurated the first phase of New Mansoura city, in presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, according to an official statement on December 1st.
El-Gazzar stated that New Mansoura was a capital of entertainment tourism and a regional hub for services and economic activities.
The new city includes 19,431 residential units built under the Housing for All Egyptians project, along with open family beaches, and entertainment and celebration areas.
The minister revealed that New Masnoura is a green city with 1,800 feddans of green areas, accounting for 25% of the city’s total area.
He added that the city has a network of public transport and a government education center.
New Mansoura is a city that supports the reuse of water and has diverse water sources, including ground and desalinated water, El-Gazzar revealed.
He said that land available for private investment in the city’s first phase spans 225 feddans of which 200 had been allocated.
