Arab Finance: Al Ahly Group for Modern Agriculture, a unit of Al Khair River for Development, Agricultural Investment, and Environmental Services, paid the due installment of EGP 19.79 million to the Egyptian Countryside Development Company, according to a bourse filing.
The EGX-listed company said the installment, paid on September 1, 2026, is part of its financial obligations under a contract signed with the Egyptian Countryside Development Company on December 24, 2019.
It is worth noting that the contract covers a total area of 3,500 feddans.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Al Khair River’s standalone profits after tax dropped by 44.05% to EGP 12.870 million from EGP 23 million in H1 2025.
