Arab Finance: The prices of building materials and fertilizers in the local market jumped on Sunday, June 28th, according to data from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).
The investment-grade steel was priced at EGP 38,580, with a daily increase of 0.7%, while the price of Ezz steel rose by the same percentage to register EGP 40,330 per ton.
Likewise, the price of urea climbed by 1.1% to EGP 26,310 per ton.
Ammonia nitrate recorded a daily surge of 1.8% to hit EGP 25,640 per ton.
The price of a ton of grey cement recorded about EGP 3,998, a slight increase of 0.3%.
On the other hand, the price of a ton of ammonium sulfate declined by 6.3% to EGP 19,950.
