Arab Finance: Elsewedy Electric confirmed that it is still studying plans to establish a factory for producing electrical wiring harnesses, according to a bourse filing issued on July 19th.
The Cabinet recently approved proceeding with contracting procedures with the EGX-listed company to establish a manufacturing project for all types of electrical wiring harnesses and their components on a 22.6-feddan plot in the Manshaat Kamal area of Fayoum Governorate.
In the same vein, Elsewedy Electric expanded its power generation portfolio with the launch of a new range of generators in the Egyptian market, targeting the needs of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the country.
The new lineup includes generators with capacities ranging from 9 kVA to 2,750 kVA and is available in both Prime and Standby operating modes, offering customers a choice of solutions based on their operational requirements.
