Company Information

Established in 1997, Palm Hills is a leading real estate company listed on the EGX and London Stock Exchange. The developer mainly develops integrated residential, commercial real estate, and resort projects. The company has a portfolio of 34 projects, with 13 projects under construction, in West Cairo, East Cairo, the North Coast, and the Red Sea. It has a land bank of 29 million square meters, one of the largest in Egypt. Badya represents the largest Palm Hills development projects, on an area of more than 3,000 acres. Badya is the first sustainable smart city located in the heart of the new 6th of October City, and is connected to both east and west Cairo by a strategic road network.
