Arab Finance: Magic Land Al-Hokair has launched the Tanza project in partnership with the Egyptian Media Production City company on a usufruct basis, as per an emailed press release.

Spanning an area of 250,000 square meters, Tanza is the largest integrated entertainment project in Egypt, with investments of up to EGP 1.1 billion.

The project represents the first integrated commercial entertainment project in Egypt and the Middle East.

“The project's goal is to redefine the entertainment industry in Egypt, attract more tourists and investors worldwide, and put Egypt on the map of global tourism,” CEO of Magic Land Al-Hokair and Tanza project Mahmoud Gaber commented.

“We are armed with an exceptional position in the heart of the Media Free Zone, and the ability of this system to provide various advantages and facilities for investors,” Chairman of the Egyptian Media Production City company Abdul Fattah Al-Gibali said.
