Arab Finance: Bonyan, an independent real estate investment company, has secured approval to be listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) under the ticker symbol "BONY.CA," as per a press release.

Bonyan plans to launch its initial public offering (IPO) within the first half (H1) of 2025, contingent on meeting all regulatory requirements set by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the EGX.

To support the IPO, the company has appointed CI Capital and Arqaam Capital as joint global coordinators and bookrunners, Mubasher as the placement agent, and Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy as the issuer's legal counsel.

The company remains focused on fulfilling its vision for stakeholders while maintaining transparency and consistent communication throughout the listing process.
