CI Capital completes EGP 2.5B corporate bond issuance for Tasaheel Finance

Arab Finance: CI Capital has completed the largest corporate bond issuance in the Egyptian market to date, securing EGP 2.5 billion for Tasaheel Finance, as per an emailed press release.

The issuance was structured in two tranches: EGP 2 billion with a 12-month maturity and EGP 500 million with a 36-month maturity.

Both tranches received a BBB+ rating from Middle East Ratings and Investor Services (MERIS).

This marks CI Capital’s fifth debt issuance for Tasaheel since 2023, bringing the total value of these issuances to EGP 20.29 billion.

CI Capital served as the issuance manager and bookrunner. KPMG - Hazem Hassan acted as financial auditor, Matouk Bassiouny & Henawy served as legal advisor, and Egyptian Gulf Bank (EG Bank) was the suscription recipient.
