Orascom Financial Holding sells 98.99% stake in Klivvr Electronics Development

Arab Finance: Orascom Financial Holding (OFH) has sold a 98.99% stake in Klivvr for Electronics Development and Payements to Klivvr Holding Limited for a total of $13 million, as per a disclosure.

The sale of the stake, representing 59.39 million shares in Klivvr Electronic Development, was conducted following the final approval of relevant administrative entities.
