Utopia’s net profits shrink 86.7% YoY in H1 2025

Arab Finance: Utopia for Real Estate and Tourism Investment posted 86.77% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profit after tax at EGP 1.487 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, versus EGP 11.249 million, according to the financial results.

Revenues amounted to EGP 5.506 million at the end of June 2025, an annual fall when compared with EGP 19.880 million.

In the first six months of 2025, the earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.49 from EGP 3.75 in H1 2024.
