Arab Finance: The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) is ready to go public on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), but the decision rests with the company's owners, Chairman Khaled Abbas told Asharq Business.
Abbas’s comments came during the 9th edition of Think Commercial in Cairo. He noted that the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will soon move its operations to its new headquarters in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
He added that the Senate will hold its new session at its headquarters in the capital.
The population of the capital has now increased to 30,000 people, and it is expected to reach 50,000 by the end of 2025, then 750,000 within five years.
