Arab Finance: Aman Holding, a subsidiary of Raya Holding, has signed a cooperation protocol with CFO Factory, a firm specializing in financial training and consultancy, to deliver advanced training programs for the group’s finance management team, as per an emailed press release.
The collaboration supports Aman’s strategy to enhance the capabilities of its financial staff and strengthen specialized skills across the group.
The programs aim to prepare participants for internationally recognized professional certifications in accounting and finance, including the Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
This initiative builds on previous efforts by Aman Holding to develop its workforce.
The company has already implemented training programs under the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE), through which more than 400 employees, 70% of them women, have been qualified as financial trainers.
Additionally, 165 branch and financial support personnel have received upskilling to boost their professional performance.
