EBank takes part in EBRD’s Trade Finance Forum as sponsor

Arab Finance: The Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank) sponsors the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Trade Finance Forum, one of the world’s leading events specializing in international trade finance, according to an emailed press release.

Marking its first time in the MENA region, Cairo hosts this edition on October 29th and 30th.

The forum gathered a distinguished group of banking and financial leaders, as well as representatives from key international organizations, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the International Trade Finance Association (ITFA).

As a strategic partner and local sponsor of the two-day event, EBank affirmed its role in backing sustainable trade finance solutions and expanding its network of cooperation with global financial institutions.

This aligns with the bank’s commitment to enhancing the competitiveness of the Egyptian economy and enabling companies to access new markets through innovative financing tools.

Ahmed Galal, CEO and Managing Director of EBank, stated that the sponsorship comes within the framework of EBank's commitment to supporting Egypt's Vision 2030 by expanding the base of trade finance and encouraging economic integration between Africa and the Middle East region.

This step contributes to strengthening Egypt's role as a pivotal hub for regional trade.

Earlier this month, EBank rolled out integrated packages of financing solutions and banking offers for individuals.
