Al Khair River renews cleaning services contract with NOSI

Arab Finance: Al Khair River for Development, Agricultural Investment, and Environmental Services renewed its contract with the National Organization for Social Insurance (NOSI) for another year, according to a bourse statement.

Under the contract, the company provides cleaning services for the headquarters being developed by the organization.

This brings the total annual value of the contract to EGP 30.312 million, including the value-added tax (VAT).

On October 4^th, the EGX-listed firm’s board members approved increasing the issued and paid-up capital to EGP 390 million from EGP 200 million.
