Rolling Plus to establish €1B tire factory in SCZone

Arab Finance: Rolling Plus will establish a €1 billion tire factory at Egypt’s Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) in Ain Sokhna, according to a statement on September 20th.
The factory will be built on an area of 400,000 square meters.
The project will be implemented in three phases. The first phase will witness the construction works of the factory, along with production lines for car tires, with a capacity of 2.5 million tires annually, at a total cost ranging between €400 to €450 million.
The second phase includes adding light transport tires production lines with a production capacity of 3.5 million tires annually.
During the third phase, the production capacity will be increased to reach 7 million after adding the heavy transport tire industry production lines.
