EGX approves Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding name change to Valmore Holding

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange's (EGX) Listing Committee, during its meeting on November 18th, 2025, approved the amendment of the Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding Company’s name to Valmore Holding.

The new name will be reflected in the EGX databases starting from the beginning of trading on Monday, December 1st, 2025.

The stock’s Reuters codes will also change based on the company’s letter from its Chairman of the Board, with the USD code updated to VLMR.CA and the EGP code updated to VLMRA.CA.

The company was founded in Egypt in 1997 and operates across multiple sectors. Its activities include promoting and underwriting securities offerings, participating in the establishment of companies issuing securities or raising their capital, and engaging in venture capital.
