Arab Finance: Egypt doubled its investments in the information and communications technology sector (ICT) until it exceeded EGP 82 billion during the fiscal years (FY) from 2014/2015 to 2022/2023, an increase of 2,200%, planning minister Hala El-Said announced on February 14^th.

El-Said’s remarks were made on the sidelines of her participation in the Arab Public Administration Forum, which is being held in Dubai from February 13^th to 15^th.

The minister said that Egypt, like the rest of the emerging markets, was severely affected by the global challenges that facing the world nowadays
