Huawei, EMC join forces to support digital transformation of Egypt’s petroleum sector

Arab Finance: Huawei Technologies has signed a cooperation agreement with Egyptian Maintenance Co (EMC) to support digital transformation in the petroleum sector, according to an emailed press release on February 15th.

The cooperation agreement was signed by Jim Liu, CEO of Huawei Egypt, and Ashraf Bahaa, Chairman and Managing Director of EMC.

Pursuant the agreement, Huawei will provide IP solutions, fiber products, and wireless products, in addition to data computing and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for use in all projects of EMC.
