Arab Finance: El Gouna, a fully-integrated town of Orascom Development, has launched its latest project Fairways, according to an emailed press release on May 16th.

Located on an area of 11,000 square meters, Fairways features unique architectural designs for multiple-family residential units ranging from studios to one and two-bedroom apartments.

The delivery of units in the projects is set to take place between 2025 and 2026.

"Fairways is the latest example of how far we have come in delivering extraordinary living experiences tailored to exceed expectations backed up by top-notch services and infrastructure,” Mohamed Amer, CEO of El Gouna, said.

“Today, we have developed more than 50% of El Gouna’s land through various successful projects such as Fairways - perfect for golf enthusiasts looking for properties near a top course," he added.
