Mohandes Insurance nods to capital increase via bonus shares issuance

Arab Finance: Mohandes Insurance's (MOIN) ordinary and extraordinary general meetings have approved raising the company's issued capital to EGP 300 million from EGP 235 million via the distribution of 0.2765-for-1 bonus shares, the company stated on September 19^th.

The capital will be increased by EGP 65 million distributed over 26 million bonus shares at a nominal value of EGP 2.5 per share.

Eligibility in distribution will be for the shareholders registered until the trading session of October 4^th, while the payment will be on October 5^th.
