Today: GMC Group's board to review extending its activity

ArabFinance: GMC Group for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments (GMCI) declared in a statement sent to EGX, it called Board of Directors to be convened on August 28.

The board will review calling the extraordinary general assembly to discuss amending article no. 5 from the company statute regarding extending the company's activity for 25 years.
