ElOrouba Brokerage okays extending activity for 25 years

ArabFinance: El Orouba Securities Brokerage (EOSB) declared in a statement sent to EGX, the ordinary general assembly and extraordinary general assemblies convened on March 28.

The OGM ratified the financial results for the fiscal period ending December 2017.

Moreover, EGM approved extending company’s activity for 25 years starting April 20, 2019, until April 19, 2044.
