National Housing approves alternative ways to sell Le Méridien Heliopolis

ArabFinance: National Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) declared in a statement sent to EGX, the extraordinary general assembly meeting was held on November 15.

The EGM approved amending articles No. 20, 22, 29,42,43,51 and 56 of articles of association, as well as approved proceeding into selling "Le Méridien Heliopolis" procedures by adding other ways in instead of public auction.
