BANADER purchases stake in Sharkia National Food to 14.9%

ArabFinance: Sharkia National Food (SNFC) said BANADER purchased 2,458,178 shares from Nawaf Bin Dail its shares.

BANADER stake after deal execution has become 14.995% of the company’s capital while Nawaf Bin Dail stake has become 10.004% from 25%.

It is worth to mention the deal amount is LE8,603,623 at an average price of LE3.5 per share.
