GMC Group says appeal court endorse obligating Egypt Sons to repay LE1.2m

ArabFinance: GMC Group for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments (GMCI) said the appeal court endorsed the verdict in case No. 3208 for 2017, of the First Instance Court by obligating Egypt Sons Company For Trade to repay the first tranche of interest amounting to LE1,225,000. It is worth mentioning that GMC Group appealed the rule in order to increase the amount of interest.
