ArabFinance:  National Housing' (NHPS) Extraordinary General Assembly ratified on 26/12/2019, the proposal submitted by IMEX International to National Bank of Egypt to acquire the company-owned, Le Méridien Heliopolis hotel.

IMEX International offered to purchase the hotel of EGP 605 million; 50% of the amount will be paid once the hotel has been delivered and the remaining amount will be paid over 5 years, in addition, 13.5% annual interest on the second half of the amount.
