Obour Real Estate approves EGP 0.30/shr dividends

ArabFinance: The shareholders of El-Obour Company for Real Estate Investment (OBRI) approved paying EGP 0.30 per share as cash dividends for 2019.

In addition, the company will distribute remuneration to the board members and workers. This amount will be determined upon the available liquidity.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the real estate developer posted a decline to EGP 2.015 million in net profits.
