National Company for Housing turns to loss

ArabFinance: National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) incurred a net loss of EGP 3,930,035 in Quarter one (Q1) of 2020, according to the company’s May 20^th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

It is worth mentioning that the company posted a net profit of EGP 967,188 in Q1 of 2019.

In 2019, the company posted a net profit of EGP 807,219, compared to EGP 3,681,874 a year earlier.

NHPS is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate development operations. The company is organized into real estate and tourism segments.
