Cairo National for Investment increases stake in Alexandria National's unit

ArabFinance: Cairo National Company for Investment and Securities (KWIN) acquired the whole stake of Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment (ANFI) in Assiut for Agricultural Development (AAD) at EGP 7.36 per share, according to the Cairo National for Investment’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

On September 20th, Cairo National increased its stake from 30.85% to 30.85% in ADD by purchasing 887,790 shares.

It is worth mentioning that ADD is fully-owned by Alexandria National.

In July, Cairo National decided to sell 190,250 shares which represent 9.15% in Mohandes National Car Service (Mohandes Car).

Cairo National company invests in the start-up business and provides securities exchange related services. Its main purpose is to promote and underwrite securities, participate in the establishment of companies that issue securities, and portfolio management.
