Vertika’s board nods to setting up new factories

ArabFinance: The board members of Vertika for Industry and Trade (VERT) approved, during their October 13th meeting, to add new activities to the company’s objects by amending article no. 3 of the statute, according to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange.
Vertika’s new objects include establishing and operating a factory for metals, the statement said.
The company will also build a facility for manufacturing machinery and equipment spare parts.
The listed firm, meanwhile, has achieved an annual growth of 65% in its net profit during the first half of 2020.
