Acrow Formwork Technology posts profit over EGP 60M

ArabFinance: Acrow Formwork Technology reported a 15% Year on Year decline in its consolidated net profit in the first nine months of 2020, according to the company’s November 30th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
Consolidated net profit before minority interest stood at EGP 64,598,225 in the January-September 2020, compared to EGP 75,774,788 achieved in the prior-year period.
Standalone net profit reached EGP 64,989,118 in the January-September period of 2020.
On October 28th, the company’s ordinary general meeting approved annual cash dividends of EGP 96,345,707 for 2020.
Established in 1977 and listed on EGX in 1982, the listed company operates within the capital goods sector, focusing on construction and engineering.
