Alexandria National continues receiving purchasing offer
Updated 1/3/2021 5:08:27 PMArabFinance: Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment has received a purchase offer from Zaldi Capital to acquire 90% of the former’s capital, according to the statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
Zaldi Capital offers to buy Alexandria National’s stock at EGP 5.50 per each.
It is worth mentioning that Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt) owns 84.99% of Alexandria National, 9.04% owned by the bank directly.
Earlier, Kayan offered to purchase up to 90% of Alexandria National’s shares at a value of EGP 5.3 per stock.
