ArabFinance: Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company has been assigned by the New Damietta Development Authority (NDDA) to construct 55 luxurious residential buildings in New Mansoura City, according to the company’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
The contract amounts to EGP 600 million, the statement highlighted.
NDDA is the governmental authority that supervises on New Mansoura City.
The listed company decided to split its stock’s par value from EGP 1 to EGP 0.20 for the shareholder recorded on January 26th.
