Misr Hotels intends to inaugurate Dahab Hotel in H1 of 2021

ArabFinance: Misr Hotels Company has intended to inaugurating Dahab Hotel and Safir Hotel during the first half (H1) of 2021, the company’s chairman Amr Attia said to Al Borsa News.

The company seeks to turn into profit during 2020/2021, Attia added.

The touristic company benefited from the Central Bank of Egypt’s initiative to support the tourism sector, as it obtained an EGP 10-million loan from the National Bank of Egypt.

Misr Hotels incurred a net loss before tax of EGP 106,465,730 in the second half of 2020.

The listed company distributed cash dividends of EGP 0.350 per share for the fiscal year 2019/2020 on November 26th.

Misr Hotels, a subsidiary of Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels, is an Egypt-based joint stock company engaged in tourism investment activities.

The company focuses on hotel and tourism activities, including construction, purchase, and sale of hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, strips, and other tourist facilities.
