ArabFinance:  General Company for Paper Industry (Rakta) (RAKT) incurred a net loss of EGP 8.08 million during the July-January period of fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange on February 24^th.

On a yearly basis, the company reported a 9% decline in its net loss during the July-December period of 2020, suffering EGP 46.09 million, compared to EGP 50.63 million in the prior-year period.

Rakta is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the production and distribution of printing and wrings papers, and multi-layered duplexes carton papers.
