Cairo Housing’s board approves board reshuffle

ArabFinance: The board of directors of Cairo Housing and Development Company (ELKA) approved restructuring the board, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange on March 21st.

The board also approved Pioneers Holding’s proposal to replace one of its representatives on the board.  

The company achieved a consolidated net profit of EGP 210.46 million in 2020.

Cairo Housing is an Egypt-based firm engaged in real estate and housing development operations.

The listed company’s main activities include acquiring, selling, and leasing lands and buildings as well as city planning and infrastructure construction activities.
