Egyptian Modern Education to distribute 0.125 free share

ArabFinance: Egyptian Modern Education Systems (MOED) will distribute 0.1258 free share for everyone held on April 27th, according to the company's filing to the Egyptian Exchange on April 11th.

The shareholders recorded on April 26th are entitled to the stock distribution. 

The company will increase its issued and paid-in capital to EGP 96.435 million from EGP 85.660 million, with an increase of EGP 10.78 million. 

Earlier, the Egyptian Modern Education's extraordinary general assembly approved amending the nominal value of the company’s share to be EGP 0.10 instead of EGP 1 each.

The company posted a net profit of EGP 2.34 million during the July-December period of 2020.

Established in 2001, the company operates within the consumer services sector focusing on education services.
