Sabaa reports lower profit in Q1

ArabFinance: Sabaa International for Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry (SIPC) posted a net profit of EGP 2.221 million in quarter one (Q1) 2021, according to the company’s May 27th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

This marked a Year on Year (YoY) decline of 29.81% when compared to EGP 3.165 million in Q1 2020.

On May 19th, Sabaa's ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies approved annual dividends for 2020 of EGP 12.037 million.

The Egypt-based company is engaged in the pharmaceutical sector, with a generic product portfolio that includes products focused on different therapeutic categories.
